Overpasses
Overpasses are pre-existing structures that greetings and farewells can be attached to. All overpasses along SR-16 in Newark are located west of the downtown. The greetings and farewells should be obvious and readable. They could be applied directly to the overpass or they could be on a separate piece and then attached to the overpass. The new pedestrian bridge is an overpass that could easily greet and give farewell to drivers.
